This is inspired by my favourite dish at Nobu and is perfect for a special occasion or as part of a light lunch! It is surprisingly simple to make but you need to get your hands on the best quality, sashimi grade fish!
This dish is easy to make, only requires a handful of staple ingredients, but it looks and tastes spectacular! The combination of the cold garlicky yoghurt, hot spicy butter and runny egg yolk, which all merge together once you dunk your toast in, is divine!
