Ingredients: 1 tin of chickpeas, drained & rinsed; 1/4 red onion, finely chopped; 1/2 celery stick, finely chopped; Handful of fresh dill, finely chopped; Lettuce; Tomato; Slices of bread; 3 tbsp tahini; Juice of 1/2 lemon; 1 tsp white miso paste; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; 1 tsp honey; 1/2 garlic clove, minced; Pinch of cayenne pepper; Pinch of black pepper
