Prawn Dumplings

These are so easy to make and are perfect for when all you need is a big bowl of comforting dumplings. I like to buy ready made dumpling wrappers because it makes life so much easier. I boil the dumplings which is the best way to cook larger quantities, but it also allows the flavour of the filling to really come through.
